Still not sure if you’re talking to the right people? Allow us to answer a few common questions we hear.

We try to be available when you are. We know that many of you work traditional work week hours, therefore, we have made ourselves available on the weekends for your convenience. Simply fill out the form to the left and let us know what times would work best for you. Thanks!

Generally, 60 (focused) minutes is enough. However, if you have a particularly complex project, multiple install sites, or simply have more questions than answers to start (we totally understand) please allow up to 90 minutes or more. We want to make sure that we answer all your questions, give you all your options, and feel confident in the project scope and scale.

Shade structures don’t have to break the bank. We’ll work with your ideas and bring some of our own to help you decide where you’re best “bang-for-the-buck” can happen. Often we use Hybrid Shade Systems to keep the price reasonable and still meet your shade needs. Tell us a little about your project, and we’ll help you any way we can.

Every install we do is unique. And certainly some installs require a higher concern for wind than others. The best way to know what you’re needs are going to be, is to have one of our experienced design consultants meet with you to examine the potential installation site, and determine what can (or can’t) be done. With some of our  shade structures being wind rated up to 130MPH, there’s few places we can’t find a solution that works.

It’s been often said that it’s better to spend a little more than you anticipated – than less than you should. And the simple fact is, we’re not going to be the right solution for someone needing a cheap hundred dollar “get me by for now” fix. But if you’re looking for a 10 year warrantied solution that’s a joy to use – let us know!

Our free design consultations give us a chance to learn more about your projects and ideas and how we can help.

By visiting with you at your home, we’ll be able to inspect the area you’re wanting shaded, take exact measurements for your custom cover, select complimentary colors that work with your home (and, often, HOA needs) and of course, provide you with an exact quote for your project ideas.

We schedule space around each of our appointments so that we don’t rush you to make half informed decisions. In return, we ask that you please set aside 60-90 minutes for our visit so that you’re not feeling rushed on your end either. We want to make sure we have enough time to discuss your needs, your style, and your budget.

During our visit, we’re going to show you designs of previous projects and why some homeowners made the design choices they did. We’re going to show you samples of the materials, patterns, and colors you have to choose from. And, once we’ve decided on a final design (or two), we’ll show you the exact price for your project.

Once you’ve decided on your favorite design, we’ll begin right away with any necessary permits and material orders. Before you know it, (and hopefully before the hot summer months) you’ll have a beautifully shaded backyard or patio space with a design that “Wows!” – and quality that lasts.
